I went to the golf range last night with Sarah. She wanted to come with me to try and learn how to hit a golf ball. We went through some basics and she hit a couple shots and I finished the bucket and we went home.
At home:
D: With the irons, you want to sort-of hit down on them, let the loft get the ball up instead of scooping it.
S: OK..
D: But with the driver, you want to swing through the ball and not as much down on it
S: Ok.. is that the hamburger one?
D: … what?
S: You know.. the hamburger shaped one..
D: You mean the driver?
S: Yeah!
D: ….. ……. yes, sarah. its the hamburger one… ….
S: What?! Thats what it looks like!

do you remember the hamburger man from the Mcdonald’s Cartoons? not the hamburgalar but the one that actually had a hambuger head?
or i dunno…i think the first time i saw a driver i thought of that hamburger man.
